Description
If used, the identification scheme shall be chosen from the entries of the list published by the ISO/IEC 6523 maintenance agency.
In case of the SIREN number the scheme identifier can omitted or must be "0002". If omitted, "0002" will be set as fallback in the mapping. For any other case, the correct value from the allowed codes needs to be provided.
